Innovative Restoration Crews to Tackle Individual Service Issues

With all major network damage repaired, Innovative crews are able to focus on individual service issues in St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.

Innovative technicians will be working throughout the weekend to ensure that telephone, internet and cable TV service is functional, as soon as possible, to all of its customers. With the assistance of WAPA, Innovative restoration crews are working to identify individual areas of concern throughout the territory. Currently, technicians are focusing on the restoration of cable television network issues in the Contant area of St. Thomas. Innovative has supplemental crews on St. Croix currently and, on Tuesday Sept. 7, will introduce supplemental crews to assist in the restoration process on St. Thomas.

Most television channels were restored when the major satellite dish was repaired yesterday. Crews are still working to repair the Weather Channel, Sports Max, and the Spanish Package.

Customers with restored WAPA power that are still experiencing technical difficulties with any Innovative service are encouraged to call in a trouble report, following the steps below.

For cable or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. Customers using wireless phones can reach repair centers at (340) 778-1742. Please have telephone number, account number, address, description of problem, and brief directions ready. For PowerNet customers, call (340) 714-3700. As a reminder, customers are asked to wait until WAPA power has been restored in their homes to report any difficulties with Cable TV or Internet services.
