Director Lewis View Damage on St. Croix Caused by Tropical Storm Irene
Late Monday afternoon, Governor de Jongh and VITEMA Director Elton Lewis boarded a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport for a flyover of St. Croix. The fly over provided the opportunity for the governor to view first hand the damage St. Croix suffered from now Hurricane Irene on Sunday night.
